The people relying on the service usually cannot go elsewhere if it falls over. Running well on AWS in that setting means clearing all of that, not just getting the thing working. We bring the same senior-led AWS, DevOps and security practice we run for private clients, applied to the things that matter most in the public sector.

This is for public sector bodies and the organisations that deliver for them - central and local government, the wider public sector, and suppliers building services on their behalf. Often there is a trigger. A move off ageing on-premise hardware, a security or compliance requirement to meet, a service that has to scale for the public, or a need to show that public money is being spent well.
How we work
The same senior-architect-led delivery as the rest of our work, applied with the public sector’s constraints in mind. A named, AWS-certified architect owns the engagement from first assessment to delivery, so accountability sits with one person rather than a chain.
We treat security and data protection as first-order concerns, designed in from the start rather than added at the end. Infrastructure is defined as code in CloudFormation, so what we deliver is reviewable, reproducible and auditable, which matters when someone has to account for it. Where data has to stay in the United Kingdom, we keep it in a UK region. And we make cost visible and controllable throughout, so spending can be explained rather than discovered later.

Where it needs to stay in the United Kingdom, we keep it in a UK AWS region rather than moving it elsewhere. We design data storage and residency around the requirements you are bound by, and make it clear where everything lives so you can show it to anyone who asks.
Do you handle security and compliance requirements?
We design to the security and compliance standards you are held to, building them in from the start. We are an engineering practice rather than an auditor, so we will not stamp a certificate, but we build environments that stand up to the scrutiny those standards involve and give you the evidence to show it.
Can you work within our procurement process?
Yes. Tell us the framework or process you need to follow and we will work to it, rather than asking you to bend your procurement around us.
